Consider them experts in the following: Communication and knowledge: Caroline and Ash are good at clearly explaining maintenance and repairs. They always make clear what they are doing, and will check in with you multiple times throughout your visit. Costumer service: They do a great job at keeping a sense of familiarity and good continuity of scheduled services. Ash does a great job at following up by phone after your visit. Also, they make sure your vehicle leaves cleaner than what it came in. Always. Kid play area: There is a waiting room with plenty of snacks and complimentary drinks. The kids will be entertained with toys!
