David was an absolutely amazing salesman. We were in a tough situation and he put in the work for us to get the car we wanted. The rest of the team worked just as hard and the service is absolutely impeccable.

This place was a no pressure sales experience. From the time we arrive to the time we left without a vehicle, we never felt pressured. I don't know if this is something dealers are starting to do due to covid or if it's a new policy, but we were allowed to take the car for a test drive without a sales person present. We ultimately ended up buying a Nissan Rogue there from Ken. He was absolutely amazing. If you go to that dealer, ask for Ken. He'll take care of you.

After hearing a very loud noise coming from my Nissan Rogue, I stopped by Classic Nissan of Sanford to determine what was causing this problem. I explained the situation, gave an agent a test drive & she determined that it probably was a problem with my rotors. After they did a diagnostic test & determined that the rotors were involved, it only took one hour for them to fix the problem. Everyone there was very professional & courteous. I was very pleased with their service.

Normally when I come I have no issues the wait time isn’t that long but lord today I had an apt at 11 didn’t leave till 2 and my ac dash board wasn’t even popped in correctly so tomorrow they are definitely fixing it because I tried and I don’t want to break anything but once I got home I noticed it’s not even properly placed back on I would’ve went right back today but I already waited 3 hours just have my check engine light checked out
